Kek fine grinding Universal mills are designed and constructed for high performance, robustness, easy maintenance and safety in use.
Costruction can be of cast iron, cast steel or stainless steel and, where required, can be designed to withstand over pressure situations of up to 10 Bar.
A range of models are available to suit a variety of process and throughput requirements from a few kgs to several tons per hour. Typical requirements are to grind materials of up to 3 Moh hardness to within the ranges of 30 - 500 micron mean particle size.
The PPS Air Classifier Mill incorporates an internal air-classifying wheel with independent drive giving precise control over particle cut point selection. Suitable for batch processing or continuous operation, this range of mills serves all industries producing fine powders where control of grinding temperature and particle size distribution are of prime importance. PPS Mills are available with fully opening "clam shell" body designs enabling easy access for rapid product changeover, inspection, cleaning and maintenance.
Cone mills are gentle, low energy size reduction mills ideal for fatty, heat sensitive, sticky, moist or fragile products. They alleviate traditional milling problems of noise, dust and heat generation and are ideal for use in food and pharmaceutical applications.
A number of different grinding media and drive arrangements are available for our cone mills. This enables us to satisfy individual process, operational, cleaning and installation requirements.
KEK Kibbler pre-breakers are designed to work in conjunction with other KEK mills or as stand alone coarse grinding mills in their own right.
Robustly designed for reliability during even the most arduous of duties, they are capable of breaking down large lumps of product, up to 150 mm dia. and reduce them to 2 - 3mm in preparation for further processing.
‘Easy Clean’ Centrifugal Sifters
The Cantilever design Kek Centrifugal Sifter is based on the tried and tested Kek Centrifugal Sifter range. The new 'Cantilever' design offers users higher standards of hygiene and ease of operation.
This concept has proved so successful that virtually the whole range of sifters is now to this design, ranging from a few kgs per hour to many tons per hour.
Following extensive market research and thousands of hours of multi product testing in our research centre, Kemutec Group has introduced a new range of high quality, easy clean sifters.
